Purchase terms
These terms define the ordering, payment and reception of the products that are offered at websites webshop.slunj.hr.
You can use websites webshop.slunj.hr privately without any fees accorting to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is the Town of Slunj and a buyer is a person who, by visiting these web sites, fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and pays by a credit or a debit card. A product is one of the articles offered at websites webshop.slunj.hr – a voucher for stopping and parking in the zone of a special traffic regime or a ticket for using a public tourist infrastructure according to the tariffs defined by the Decision of the Town Council.
Ordering
A buyer orders a product by filling out an electronic form.
The buyer is every person who fills out an electronic order for at least one product, gives the required data and sends the order.
The prices are expressed fully, in Euros. Since the Town of Slunj, as a local government unit, is not a tax payer in the value-added tax system (VAT), the prices do not include VAT.
The buyer does not pay for any additional costs of the service realization on these websites.
Products and/or services are ordered electronically. The products are considered to be ordered after the buyer chooses and confirms the payment method and after a credit and/or a debit card has been successfully authorized.
After completing the order, the buyer receives an invoice as a confirmation of purchase and payment and a voucher for a service.
Payment
Products and services can be paid online by using one of the following credit and/or debit cards:
MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa, Diners Club International or Discover.
Using tickets
The services included in a voucher for stopping and parking in the zone of a special traffic regime include stopping for the purposes of disembarking in Rastoke for 10 minutes max or at the Zrinski and Frankopan Square for 15 minutes max and parking (with no time limit or any other special additional fee).
By purchasing a ticket for using a public tourist infrastructure, the buyer gets a right to use a pedestrian bridge and a promenade in the Rastoke Settlement.
General Conditions
Depending on the paid fee, the service is provided for small, middle or big buses or passenger vehicles whose length exceeds 5 m at the date chosen during the purchase. The ticket can be used only once and the buyer is responsible for its usage. The Town of Slunj is not responsible for the unallowed usage of the ticket.
The Town of Slunj has a right to change these terms and conditions. Every change will be applied to the webshop.slunj.hr websites. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data given during the purchase.
The services provided by the Town of Slunj at the websites webshop.slunj.hr do not include the cost of a computer equipment and the cost of accessing our websites. The Town of Slunj is not responsible for the cost of a telephone and Internet or any other possible cost.
The buyer has a right to get a refund.
The request for a refund can be filed at webshop@slunj.hr. The tickets must be added to the request. The refund is possible for unused tickets only.
The Town of Slunj does not guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it at webshop@slunj.hr in order for us to eliminate it as soon as possible.
